The Joy of Gardening

The Joy of Gardening.. Wow oh Wow! This was our expression when we first saw their fruit flowers below!! To be honest we are still saying Wow, Wow, Wow every time we see them. Both trees are flowering. Oh who wouldn’t be excited with that? The fruit of our labour and waiting is finally rewarded! Oh we couldn’t be happier.

The Joy of Gardening is complete especially when trees are bearing fruits, are flowering, seeing loads of butterflies, birds of many kind, seeing our furbabies enjoying it and much much more. We don’t use any kind of pesticides nor fertilisers to any of our fruit trees and other plants we have. All natural and organic.

Thank you Mother Nature!

We’ve been waiting for them to start bearing fruits. Our wish is finally granted after some 9 years and 2 a bit years! These flowers means that in no time we will be enjoying their fruits very sooon! Do you know this tree? Let us know.. Write your answer in the comment box..

Back in the Philippines, my (Michelle) family is spoilt with them among others every year. My grandparents left the family with loads of fruit bearing trees! So sweet and yes they’re very popular! Yummmmmmm! Thank you Lolo and Lola for them.

One of the Trees is bearing their first fruits after Cyclone pam back in March 2015 tried to bring it down. It survived and now bearing fruits again!! The tree below had given us at least 9 to 10 fruits. We’re looking forward to see how many it would bring us this year. We’re so excited!

In case you don’t know how Papaya, Lemon and Banana’s would look like.. Have a look below and Enjoy! They’re from the Garden! We’re enjoying Papaya and Banana everyday in our Breakfast Smoothies and also in our homemade pancakes! But we eat them on its own too because it’s more beneficial to chew them because of the enzymes found in our saliva that’s needed in the digestion and proper absorption of the nutrients found in the fruits and any unprocessed food that we eat. Lemon Juice as well through the day.. lemon water, lemon tea…
