International Shipping

Natural Organic Living – Organic Vanuatu product orders are shipped Mondays -Fridays from Port Vila City to all International areas of delivery via the Vanuatu Post Limited Service. Taxes and Duties

Our international Vanuatu Product customers and supporters are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by their country’s government. If your order is subject to these charges, they will NOT appear on your Natural Organic Living invoice, but will be presented by your local postal service upon your receipt of your package.

Customs duty and import tax are specific to your particular country. Customs authorities in each country calculate duty and tax based on a number of factors, included but not limited to, the category in which the product is classified in the international Harmonised Code(HS) system and the value of the product. Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Our Shipping Policy

You can trust that your orders will be processed and typically shipped within 72 hours after order is received. That is of course – when your ordered product is in stock. We ship products worldwide – weight based & country based – Registered and Insured. A Tracking ID is provided.

Our Return Policy

Should you receive your purchase in bad condition – ie broken glass, we need you to report back to us within 15 days with photos as proof. When we’ve got what we need and find that it’s the shipping companies fault, we will replace your order without hesitation after we received back your damaged goods in our warehouse.

Shipping back of damaged goods is at your cost. Please contact us via our Contact page so we can provide our Return Address.

Should you have chosen shipping option provided to you, all orders are final, irreplaceable and non-refundable.
